General

Welcome to chooz.co.il website (hereinafter: \"the Site\"). Use of the Site and services offered is subject to these terms. Browsing the Site and/or purchasing through it constitutes agreement to these terms.

Orders and Purchases

Order takes effect only after written confirmation from CHOOZ. Site prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. CHOOZ reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Changes to order after production starts may incur additional costs.

Design and Mockup Approval

Client is responsible for approving mockup before production begins. After mockup approval, changes cannot be requested without cost. CHOOZ will not be liable for errors in design approved by client.

Copyright

Client declares ownership of rights in logos and designs sent to CHOOZ, or has permission to use them. CHOOZ will not be liable for copyright infringement resulting from use of designs provided by client.

Warranty and Defects

CHOOZ stands behind product quality and print quality. In case of malfunction or defect - contact us within 7 days of receiving shipment. Defective products will be replaced or credited at our discretion. Tech products come with manufacturer warranty.

Transaction Cancellation

Order cancellation before production start - no cost. Cancellation after production start - client will be charged for materials and printing already done. Custom products are not returnable.
